As we move into the middle of May our boxes are becoming greener, with significantly less root veg. Wlild garlic is finished for the year, while our potatoes and onions are likewise coming to an end. This week we have the first of the maincop lettuces in our boxes as well as spring greens and asparagus (large boxes only). Enjoy.
