Monkfish, Red Mullet, Megrim & Mackerel

Calm waters have provided good fishing conditions this week so there is plenty on offer.
A bumper catch of Monkfish was landed so it's excellent value this week. We have whole tails, cheeks, liver, fillets and diced - something for everyone!

For the first time we have a few packs red mullet fillets. This seasonal delicacy isn't around for long so make the most of it while you can. Pan fry it for a few minutes on each side and it is a real treat.

We are very proud of our fish. Working with a small family run co-operative based on the South Cornish coast, our fish is caught using environmentally friendly static nets that don't disturb the sea bed.

It will be iced in boxes before being couriered over night to our depot - you really can't get fresher than that!
