Hello Luke,
With the spring tide starting today, we've only
managed to get two boats off the bay.
Chris has been braving the waters, catching a good range of white fish (pollock, whiting & haddock) as well as monk (diced, cheeks and liver). Willie has been out in his tug, catching whole mackerel and scad (a particularly oily mackerel), which have been filleted. If you planning a BBQ this bank holiday, our conga steaks are stunning when grilled - lets just hope the sun comes out! Working with a small family run co-operative based on the South Cornish
coast, our fish is caught using environmentally friendly static nets that
don't disturb the sea bed.
It will be iced in boxes before being couriered over night to our depot - you really can't get fresher than that!
