A good few days fishing off the Cornish coast and we
have a great range of incredibly fresh fish available.
We have some beautiful haddock fillets - the perfect single portion - as well as pollock fillets (skinned and boned, they are primed and ready to cook!). Willie has had a good morning with his line and hook, landing a few kilos of mackerel (of which we get a healthy share). We have both whole and filleted available this week. All in all we have: Fillets & Parts Cornish Haddock Fillet (300g) @ £15/kg Whiting Fillets (400g) @ £12/kg Mackerel Fillets (300g) @ £14/kg Pollock Fillets (300g) @ £14/kg Ling Fillet (300g) @ £14/kg Whole Fish Small Dover Sole (250g) @ £20/kg Whole Plaice (350g) @ £9/kg Whole Cornish Mackerel (500g) @ £8/kg Shellfish Razor Clams (1kg) @ £10/kg Razor Clams (500g) @ £12/kg And of course we have crab - dressed (499p), white (499p) & brown (299p). Working with a small family run co-operative based on the South Cornish coast, our fish is caught using environmentally friendly static nets that don't disturb the sea bed. It will be iced in boxes before being couriered over night to our depot - you really can't get fresher than that!
